Indonesian Steemians Meetup | Learn to Make a Good Post on Steem Atlas

The enthusiasm of Indonesian steemians to learn more about how to utilize the Steem Atlas digital map is proven by the large number of steemians (users) who confirmed their participation for Meet-Up Steem Atlas (MUSA) through the WhatsApp group of the Teacher and Student Community. Around 27 users joined the (online) meet-up activity held on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at 08.00 WIB via Google Meet. This indicates that the interest of Indonesian steemians to become challengers in the Steem Atlas Challenge is increasingly enthusiastic in the Steemit Challenge season-24 event.

The moderator @fajrularifst opened the MUSA event with enthusiasmen as well gave encouraging to all participants who had joined there. I was in a coffee shop, while several other steemians were relaxing in their respective homes. The moderator opened the event, and in his brief introduction, he explained the purpose of the Steem Atlas Meetup activity, arranged the course of the meetup and the question and answer session until the closing.

What to expect and what to get from Meetup?

As a digital map book! Steem Atlas helps people in the world outside the community / platform to find their desires in the form of certain objects completely, in detail and real. For steemians .. Steem Atlas is a digital book that stores stories, memories, experiences and includes history education, biography, socio-culture and other fields.

Steemian senior @radjasalman on that occasion encouraged Meetup participants to be able to share more nearby objects in the area / city where steemians live. Unlike game diary content, while for Steem Atlas, more than one post per day can be attempted if possible, thus steemians will have more opportunities to be in the top 10 of the Steem Atlas Leaderboard and of course with satisfactory results .. he said..

Previously time, @miftahulrizky also explored in depth how to write a correct and interesting post and present an object visited with information that is truly needed and useful for people all over the world. One of the Steem Atlas Ambassador members also hopes that steemians will pay more attention to presenting quality content on Steem Atlas.

We understand together! Not all Meetup participants (new users) on this platform instantly understand how to present posts and related information (object) properly and correctly, and how to pin the right pin on the Steem Atlas. He also hopes that Indonesian steemians in particular will focus more on creating interesting posts for Steem Atlas than the diary game, because it is part of the main Steemit Challenge program. ... We hope that this meetup activity can help us all and share information so that we can both understand correctly about the main purpose of the big Steem Atlas project.

Some important issues discussed;

1. Problem 1
   Often making simple or even fatal mistakes, narratives and Tags (#) do not match the object and pinning the pin in the wrong location.

2. Problem 2
   The location pin of an object on Google Maps does not match the actual location, and many objects do not yet appear on Google Maps.

3. Problem 3
   How to change pins/descriptions on Stem Atlas maps & Overlapping pins on the same object.

Not only that, among other mistakes that often occur are: Pin descriptions on Steem Atlas and post titles are not specific.!

...With the implementation of MUSA activities in the two sessions, at least we can minimize a number of errors and get solutions to some of the problems we mentioned above.
