Jackfruit, the jackfruit tree belongs to the Moraceae tribe. Its scientific name is Artocarpus heterophyllus. Jackfruit is in great demand by people because of its delicious taste. Jackfruit is also often a mixed ingredient in certain processed foods or drinks.

There are several proverbs about jackfruit. In a proverb it is said that "one eats jackfruit, everything gets the sap." The proverb means one person who makes mistakes everyone can make a profit.
