Sports || Exercise actively for health
Friends, admins and all moderators of the beloved community. It is undeniable and even health experts have agreed that exercising is one way to maintain health. Exercising for at least 1 hour a day has a very positive effect on our health. Whether it is done in the form of light exercise to heavy exercise, according to our abilities and capabilities.
Regarding this, I also exercise very often, in order to always maintain health, although sometimes pain cannot be avoided even though we exercise often. Because in reality, being healthy and sick is indeed common for humans to feel, as a test from the Almighty.
However, the effectiveness of exercise is very good for maintaining our health. Therefore, I also exercise very often, of course the sport I do is heavy exercise, namely playing soccer.
Occasionally filling the nights in the month of Ramadan, I also do sports which of course with all the youth and teenagers of my village, namely playing futsal at night. By playing futsal of course the sweat that comes out of the body is certainly very much. Therefore the body feels very good and health is certainly maintained.
I always exercise diligently and always make time for it. Because every day I have promised myself to always sweat, even if it's only for a few moments, either by exercising, namely playing soccer or by working hard that can squeeze a little sweat from the body, for the sake of maintaining health.
