How we collect corn from the cornfield.
Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you? I hope you are all well? Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah and your prayers, I am also well. Today I am back to share a new blog with you. I hope you all enjoy reading the blog.
The process of harvesting corn from the field is quite interesting and laborious. In our country, the corn harvesting period is usually the end of winter and the beginning of summer. During this time, the corn plants mature and acquire a golden color, which farmers see when they understand that it is time to harvest.
The work of harvesting corn is mainly done by farmers. In small-scale fields, corn is harvested by hand. In this case, farmers first hold the ears of corn plants and shake them slightly, if they break easily, then it is understood that the corn is ripe. Then they cut the ears from the plants with the help of a sharp sickle or some other tool. The cut ears are piled up in one place.
On the other hand, modern agricultural equipment is used in large-scale corn fields. A machine called a combine harvester simultaneously performs the work of cutting the corn plants, separating the grains from the ears, and cleaning them. This method saves both time and labor and allows for a much larger harvest.
After harvesting, the cobs are usually dried. Some people spread them out in the sun next to the field, while others pile them in a yard or other open area. When dried thoroughly, the moisture content of the cobs is reduced and they are suitable for storage.
Next to the corn field was a field of cassava. It looked very beautiful. That's why I took a picture to share with you. I really like taking natural pictures. In fact, the cassava fields looked very beautiful. It looked even more beautiful because there were many people working in the field. This scene looked even more beautiful. So I couldn't help but take a picture. It doesn't look as beautiful in the picture as it looks in reality. Still, I shared it with you.
Next, the cobs are separated from the dried cobs, either manually or mechanically. Small farmers usually pound the cobs with sticks or trample them with their feet. In commercial production, shelling machines are used, which can separate large quantities of cobs very quickly.
Finally, the harvested cobs are packed in sacks and stored for sale in the market or for their own use. This entire process is an important part of our food supply chain and is the result of the tireless work of farmers.
If there are any mistakes in my writing, I will look upon your forgiveness with a beautiful eye. May your day be good and prosperous by the infinite mercy of Allah. I am ending here by wishing you long life. All of you will pray for me. May you be well and healthy, may Allah Hafez protect you.
