Recipe for rolled sponge cake filled with Pineapple Jam🍍


Hello everyone, back again with me today I will try something new, namely making pineapple roll cake. This is my first time making this pineapple roll cake. Usually I only buy this pineapple roll cake at the bakery because pineapple roll cake is my favorite cake, but this time I didn't buy it but I will make it myself at home to enjoy with my family with a cup of warm tea.

Actually, after I saw the pineapple roll cake recipe, I think that making pineapple roll cake is not as difficult as I imagined, but the most exciting thing is the part when rolling the cake, but this all needs a process to be better, even though this is my first time making pineapple roll cake, I like and am satisfied with the results and taste, even the taste is according to my expectations.

I will also share this pineapple roll cake recipe with all my friends. If you are a roll cake lover, you must try this recipe. I guarantee you will be addicted.



Ingredients:

4 eggs
50 grams of granulated sugar
50 grams of low protein flour
90 grams of liquid margarine
10 grams of powdered milk
10 grams of cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp sp
pineapple jam



How to make:



  • The first step is to break four eggs, add 50 g of granulated sugar, 50 g of low protein flour, 10 g of powdered milk, 10 g of cornstarch, one teaspoon of vanilla, then mix all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. This uses the all-in-one method.

  • After the sugar has dissolved, add one teaspoon of SP, then mix again at high speed until the dough is stiff and white. After that, prepare a baking sheet that has been greased with margarine and then lined with baking paper.

  • Then pour the mixture into the pan and then bake in the oven as described above at a temperature of 185°C to 200°C for 25 minutes with top and bottom heat.

  • After the cake is cooked, remove the baking paper and add the pineapple jam filling. Spread it until the entire surface is covered with pineapple jam. Then roll it up slowly using the paper base. After rolling, let it sit for 5 minutes, then unroll the roll.
