How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the third week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S27/W3, organized by the Honorable teacher @suboohi ma'am. She has brought us a delicious dessert, whose name is "Desserts From Fruits And Vegetables". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Yes, I have enjoyed desserts made from vegetables several times before. Among them, carrots and papaya are my favorite vegetables.
Carrot halwa, carrot cake, carrot pudding, and papaya halwa are my favorite foods, not only me, but my family and children also like these foods a lot.
I have to talk about carrot halwa in particular. Its taste and smell are so good that the more I eat it, the more I am attracted to the food.
Carrot halwa made with a combination of carrots, ghee, full cream milk, and other ingredients is very delicious. Due to this, when the carrot season begins, the festival of making carrot halwa begins.
Every item of the food is rich in nutrients, which are needed by everyone, young and old, and the bright color of the carrots makes the food more appealing.

As per the instructions of the respected teacher, I will prepare a delicious recipe with vegetables. To make the recipe, I have selected carrots. So, let's prepare a delicious dessert of carrots. Before that, I present the ingredients to prepare the dessert-

🥣Step:-01:-
At the beginning of preparing the recipe, I wash two tablespoons of polao rice well and soak it for two hours. During this time, I wash 1/2 kg of carrots well with clean water.

- Then peel the carrots and chop them finely. I can use a carrot grater for this.

- I put the grated carrots in a sieve to drain the water and drain the water and take it to a plate.

- After two hours, I drain the water from the polao rice and mash it with a fork and take it in a bowl.

- Now I put 1 liter of milk in a pan, boil the milk with the help of a whisk, and when it thickens a little, I add the grated carrots in it.
- At the same time, I add half a bowl of polao rice to the pan. After adding the carrots and rice to the milk, I mix it well.
- And I keep stirring it every now and then so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

🥣Step:-06:-
- At this stage, I add three cardamom pieces to the pan.
- Now I cover the pan with a lid, and reduce the heat of the stove. I cook like this for about 20 minutes. And occasionally stir it with a spoon so that it does not stick to the bottom or sides of the pan.

- When the mixture of milk, rice, and carrots thickens, I add sugar to the pan according to taste and stir well.

- After 20 minutes, I notice that my payas or dessert has acquired a beautiful color, and the milk has also become a lot of curd.

- Now I put the payas in a bowl and let it cool, the milk has thickened and acquired a beautiful color. A beautiful sauce has also fallen on the payas.

- Now I chop the previously chopped nuts and pistachios and add them to the payas.

- I made the payes for the Steemit challenge, so I wrote the name of the challenge on a piece of paper and attached a picture with it.

I did not face any problem while making the recipe. Various desserts made from carrots are a very popular food in our country. The food plays a very helpful role in bringing out the taste of the food on special occasions, guest receptions, etc. I make desserts made from carrots from time to time. This is one of my favorite foods. Also, respected teacher @suboohi ma’am has mentioned the rules and regulations for making delicious desserts with carrots. I have made the recipe as per his instructions. Due to my own previous experience and the instructions of respected teacher @suboohi ma’am, I am easily able to make delicious carrot pies.

- Carrots contain a lot of vitamin C, which helps strengthen the immune system and fight infections.

- The fiber, potassium, and antioxidants in carrots help reduce cholesterol and control blood pressure.
- The fiber in carrots promotes healthy digestion and prevents constipation.

- Milk contains high-quality protein, which helps in building and repairing muscles after exercise.
- Milk contains a lot of water and helps in keeping the body hydrated.
- The potassium in milk helps in maintaining healthy blood pressure by balancing the sodium levels in the body.
🍬Sugar: -
Sugar is a source of instant energy and plays an important role in preventing physical fatigue and weakness.
- The brain needs glucose to function properly, and we get that glucose from sugar.
- Sugar stimulates the release of the "feel-good" chemical dopamine in the brain, and temporarily improves mood.
- Sugar adds sweetness to food, enhances flavor, and makes food enjoyable.
- In addition, to make this dessert, you need rice, almonds, and pistachios, each of which contains various nutrients to maintain good health.
