I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite grace of Allah, I am very well. Today, I will share a great recipe of mine in the Steem for Iron chef community. This recipe is more tempting than it is delicious to eat. So let's get started.


Roasted Beef with Potatoes Recipe

A very popular dish in our Bangladesh is roasted beef with potatoes. Beef is the main dish when a guest comes to the house or on various occasions. Also, beef is usually cooked at home. That is, Bengalis love to eat any recipe of beef with rice or bread. Today, I will share this recipe with you in a very easy way, so that you can also make this delicious dish.

Anyway, the ingredients I need to make this recipe are given below,

Ingredients:

Preparation method:

  • Step 1: First, I will cut, wash and clean the potatoes and onions. Then I will wash the beef well with clean water.

  • Step 2: Place a pot on the stove and heat oil in it. Then add garlic paste and fry until slightly brown. Then add chopped onion.

  • Step 3: Stir for a while and add a little water. Then add ginger and stir for a while and grind well with turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala powder and salt.

*step 4 : Now I will add a small amount of water and simmer it for a while. Then I will add the beef.

  • Step 5 : Then add a little water and grind for about 15 more minutes. While grinding, add cardamom, cinnamon and beef masala.

  • Step 6 : After a while, sprinkle a little chopped onion on top and grind well with bay leaves, cumin powder.

  • step 7 : Then add the potatoes and cook for a while more, adding a little water. Two-thirds of the potatoes will be cooked.

  • Step 8 : Now add enough water and cook for about 30 to 35 minutes. When done, remove from heat.

Finally, I will decorate my recipe and take a picture.Alhamdulillah, the recipe looks very tempting. I think a recipe that looks beautiful also tastes delicious and makes you want to eat it.

Tips:

  • When cooking beef, you must wash the meat well, sometimes there are cow hairs in the meat, you have to take them out after checking.

  • First, fry the garlic in oil well, the curry will have a different flavor of garlic.

  • When the meat is almost cooked, add cumin powder to make the curry more delicious. Also, while frying the meat, add chopped onions to make the broth, which is delicious to eat.

Beef is already a delicious and protein food. However, if this meat is cooked in a unique way, it will be more delicious to eat. I have tried to make this recipe very simply and share it with you.
