Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.The reason I’m here today to attend the contest which is organized by @steemit-ironchef . I am very happy for that.Today, I will share my food dairy of the day.Its my first time joining this challaenge.Thats why i am very excited.So,without further ado,let's get started.

In the morning after waking up and refreshing myself, I always have some light snacks. I prefer light foods after getting up because I don't feel good eating heavy meals in the morning.I had some dates, raisins, and nuts as a light snack; these are very dear to me, and in the morning, I don’t feel like eating home-cooked food. I always eat light snacks like this.In the morning, after waking up, I send my son to madrasa for Arabic education. In the morning, I made bread for the family and also fried potatoes. My father and son love to eat the bread very much.

I had class at school, and I wasn't feeling very well, so I didn't cook or take any tiffin with me. During lunch time, I bought potato biscuits from a confectionery outside and ate that for lunch. |

After coming home, I had water soaked with Chiretta. Its taste is very bitter, but this bitter gourd is very beneficial for our body; it's an herb. |

Therefore, I let him have some drinks before going to bed. I made Horlicks for Rihan . Rihan had never been given Horlicks as an extra food before; I started giving him this drink a while ago since Horlicks has many nutritional benefits, which play an important role in children's development. Along with that, I gave him two biscuits. Since Rihan is a child in a growing age, I always try to provide him with nutritious food.And I drink one glass mlik with turmeric powder.

To live a healthy life, the contribution of nutritious food is very important. Therefore, we should always pay attention to our diet. We can eat whatever we like, but we should make our own food list to identify which foods are more necessary or nutritious for our bodies.
