We all like salads more or less. Especially cucumber salad, tomato salad and carrot salad are very popular and familiar. But today I made a salad with lettuce leaves, which I have never eaten before. Lettuce leaves are usually eaten inside burgers. But today I made a salad whose main ingredient is lettuce leaves.
I gathered the ingredients I needed to make the salad here.
- Romanian lettuce
- Mustard 1 spoon.
- 1 cuo croutons.
- Parmeson cheese 100 gram.
- 3 spoon vinegar
- salt as per need
- Soya sauce 1 spoon.
- Mayonnaise 5 spoon
- For extra chicken.
I have put my necessary things in a bowl for ease of use.
At first I washed the leaves thoroughly with clean water. I chopped them into small pieces and soaked them in water. I added one teaspoons of vinegar to the water.
Then I put the leaves in a basket. I squeezed the water out of the leaves thoroughly.Then I put the leaves in a basket. I squeezed the water out of the leaves well. I squeezed the water well and placed them on a plate.
I will now make the dressing. To make the dressing, I put 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 50 grams of cheese, and salt as needed in a bowl.
Then you need to mix it well. So I mixed all the ingredients well with a spoon. My dressing is ready.
Now in a bowl, I put lettuce leaves, croutons, cheese, dressing, and chicken for extra flavor.
Then I slowly mixed all the ingredients with my hands. I mixed them well to make sure all the ingredients were mixed well.
My salad is ready. Now it's ready to eat. As per the rules, I attached a sign with my name, date, and the name of the challenge.

I used chicken to enhance the taste of the salad. I cut a large piece of chicken into small pieces. Then I fried it in light oil with a pinch of salt, 1 pinch of turmeric and chili powder until it turned red. Using this chicken in the salad will enhance its taste.

It contains vitamins and minerals which is proper functioning of the body.
Cheese is a good option for those people who are physically weak and want to gain weight because it is high in calories.
The calcium and potassium in cheese can help keep the heart healthy.
It prevents the bone loss because it contains vitamin-D.
Vitamin A in cheese which is beneficial for eye health.

Yes, of course I want to share some tips. I have had a lot of experience while making this.
Before chopping lettuce leaves, wash the whole leaf thoroughly because it contains sand. Washing after chopping can often remove the sand.
There are many types of lettuce leaves available in the market, but for this salad, you must use Romanian lettuce leaves.
Lightly fry the chicken.
If you can't find croutons, you can fry them in a spoonful of ghee or butter until brown and use them in salads.
Try to use all the ingredients indicated in the course and follow the rules for making the salad.
Try to make croutons at home beceause in the market they use preservatives to take them last longer.
