Today I cooked spicy beef. It was very tasty and delicious. I am sharing it with my friends. All the things I need to cook it
I first washed and cleaned half a kilo of meat and put it in a bowl. I will drain the water from the meat.
I will place a frying pan on the stove. I will add a cup of mustard oil in it. After the oil is hot, I will fry the cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, peppercorns, cloves, etc.
Now I will add a small amount of onions to the pan. I will fry the onions well in the oil. I will fry the onions until they turn red.

The onion is fried. Now I will add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, and all these. I will stir it in the oil for a while. Then I will add a cup of water.
I will grind the spices well with water. Once the spices are ground, I will keep an eye on them until the oil rises to the top. I will grind the spices well without adding them repeatedly.

The spices are ground, now I will pour the meat into it. I will mix the meat well with the spices and stir it. I will wait until the meat is ground well.I will add a few pieces of potato in it. I will mix the potatoes well with the meat.

After finishing the potatoes and meat, I will now add some water to it. Of course, it is better to add hot water. If you add hot water, the meat does not take long to cook. So I added some hot water. Now I covered it with a lid and started waiting.
I put a piece of meat in my mouth to see if it was soft. My meat is soft, so I'm done cooking. I'll turn off the stove now. And I'll take it off the stove.
I took it to serve in a beautiful bowl. Its looks so nice. I am waiting to eat this.

It's so much fun to eat roasted meat with bread. So I made three or four bread. I ate it with meat. Wow, it will be tested.
