Assalamu Alaikum. How are you? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. I am well, Alhamdulillah. Today I am going to participate in Daily menu delicacies week 61. Many thanks to steemit -Iron Chief for organizing such a beautiful contest.

My food habits during Ramadan are a little different than other days. After fasting all day during Ramadan, I like to eat a little different food at night. Although in our country, the culture of Iftar is fried food, which is not good for my health. Every day I think that I will not eat fried food today. But before Iftar, that fried food goes into the food. I have thought that in the coming days I will try to give up this habit. If I try, I hope it is possible to give up. If I can give up this habit, then it will be good for my health.In reality, unhealthy things taste good. These unhealthy things make us want to eat them. We should always eat healthy food. We should drink enough water after Iftar. After fasting all day, the body becomes dehydrated, so we should drink as much water as possible after Iftar.

Today, my favorite iftar item was Wood Apple Sherbet. My husband brought a wood apple of it when he came from office. Wood Apple Sherbet is my favorite sherbet. I don't like using sugar in sherbet. Even if you don't use sugar in this sherbet, the sherbet is sweet enough. I like this sweet very much.Wood apple juice helps in relieving constipation. Therefore, this juice should be consumed daily during the month of Ramadan.

After finishing iftar, it is time to offer Maghrib prayer. After finishing iftar, I offer Maghrib prayer. After offering prayer, I take a little rest. My husband brought sweet curd yesterday from Highway, a famous bakery shop in Chittagong. I ate too much fried food during iftar, so I ate some sweet curd. Curd helps digestion. I try to eat regular curd during Ramadan.

After completing dinner, I finish the rest of the night's work and go to sleep. Since I have to get up again for Sehri, I go to sleep early during Ramadan. I wake up early for Sehri and eat white rice with small fish and lentils. I like to eat a light meal during Sehri. I try to drink enough water during Sehri. After finishing Sehri, I pray Fajr and go back to sleep.

Es muy acertado cuando dices que las frituras son poco saludables, y sojre todo despues de un ayuno durante un largo periodo de tiempo.

Me encanto el almuerzo, se ve.muy rico.
