Making Mozzarella Cheese Used in Pizza at Home...(100% power up)

How is everyone? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I am back with another new post of mine. Today I will try to show you the complete process of how to make mozzarella cheese for pizza at home easily. Let's start-

I have said something before. If your preparation method is not correct, then your cheese may not be good. And all the ingredients you use will be spoiled and will not be of any use. For this, you have to pay close attention to each step shown below.

1. Pure cow's milk | - half a kilogram |
2.Vinegar- | half a cup |
3. Salt- | 2 teaspoons. |

Buy half a kilogram of pure cow's milk from the market. You will need to take milk based on how much mozzarella cheese you want to make. I will make a small amount, so I took half a kilogram. Remember, do not use refrigerated milk, otherwise the cheese may not be made properly. For this, buy it directly from the market and use it. Now, put a pan on the stove and heat the milk on a low heat. Remember, it should be warmed up. So that if you dip your finger in the milk, you can easily hold it for 7/8 seconds.

Now, turn off the stove and mix half a cup of vinegar with half a cup of water and pour it into the hot milk. If you want, you can pour all the mixture at once or mix it slowly. Now, stir it well. Then the chickpeas and water will separate from the milk.

Now, take the chickpeas out of a sieve and squeeze the water out well with your hands. Now, add two teaspoons of salt to the chickpea water, stir it well and heat it a little. Then, dip the chickpea balls in that water, lift them again and squeeze the water out well. Dip them and leave them for 8/10 seconds. Do this 4/5 times, and drain the water well.

Now take cold water out of the fridge and pour it into a bowl. Then dip the ball of chickpeas in water like step three and keep it for 7/8 seconds and drain the water. Do this 4/5 times.

Now wrap the ball of chickpeas in a thin layer of plastic wrap. Now keep it in the fridge for 5/6 hours. As soon as you take it out of the fridge, your homemade mozzarella cheese will be ready. Then you can easily use it.
I used it to make pizza right after taking it out of the fridge, due to which I forgot to take a picture. That's why I couldn't share the last picture with you. I sincerely apologize for that.
I hope you can easily make mozzarella cheese at home by following these steps. If the steps are correct, I hope your cheese will be like the cheese bought in the market.
