It's @mohammad1076 from Pakistan and I'm agitated to be part of the Steemit Challenge Season 25|| Team- Salad Chef . This is our first week, and I’m happy to partake my interpretation of the succulent Caesar Salad .

🥗 My Caesar Salad Recipe( With Chicken)

  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • slashing board
  • ladle
  • Pan( for croutons or chicken)
  • Grater

Base elements

  • fresh romaine lettuce( Price 1.4 Steem)
  • 1 mug manual croutons( from 2 slices of chuck
    )( Price 0.9 Steem)
  • 50g Parmesan cheese( Price 3.8 Steem)

Dressing

  • 5 tsp mayonnaise ( Price 1.8 Steem)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (Price 2.7 Steem)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 50g Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Extra component

  • Grilled funk bone pieces( adds further protein and flavor!) (Price 3 Steem)

Preparation Steps

  1. I washed the romaine lettuce completely and soaked it with vinegar for a many twinkles, also drained and dried it duly utilizing a clean kerchief.

  1. I prepared my Caesar cataplasm by fusing mayonnaise, soy sauce, mustard, grated Parmesan junk, and a snatching of salt.

  1. For croutons, I used sandwich chuck. I cut it into cells, heated them in a visage with adulation on low heat until golden and crisp.

  1. In a bowl, I coalesced lettuce, croutons, ground rubbish, binding, and funk. Gave it a proper blend, and it lived prepared to serve!

My Experience

I supervened the recipe from the procedure but appended catechized funk for additional flavor and nutrition. The ambience was surprising! The dressing gave it a strong and creamy contact, and the croutons added the perfect crunch. Yes, it completely chanced my expectances!

✔️ Romaine Lettuce – bursting of water, guts, and vitamins like A, K, and C. Great for hydration and digestion.
✔️ Croutons – give carbs for energy. Manual bones
are healthier!
✔️ Parmesan Cheese – altitudinous in calcium and protein. consequent for bones and muscles.


🌟 My Tips

  • Sot the lettuce well after splashing hence the dressing sticks better.
  • Toast the croutons on equatorial flame with garlic adulation for further flavor.
  • You can displant mayonnaise with yogurt for a lighter interpretation.
  • append some avocado or corn for a delicate and sweet twist!
