Recipe of the Day, Week No. 80: (Gajar ka halwa)

It's Mohammad Arslan and today I am participating another amazing wonderful content contest week 80 which is Recipe of the Day, Week No. 80: (Name of your Recipe). I'm very thankful the Steemit Iron Chef community and the organizer @lirvic who created this contest for steemians like me.

Today I'm sharing my gajar ma halwa recipe with my all dear steemians. In below I explained each and everything what I ingredients I used in the recipe and how I cooked it.

ingredients required:

1- Carrot 1kg
2- water
3- oil
4- Khoya (milk solids)
5- Sugar

Step by Step Procedure

On the very first step I washed the carrots properly and removed the all dirt form it. Then I diced it using carrot dicer for better texture and easy to cook.

After it I put dice carrots in the frying Pan and add some water to make it softer and after five minutes cooking, I simply add sugar to taste as you want to sweet more than you you are allowed to add more it totally depends on you.

After cooking my gajar Ka halwa for 10 to 15 minutes I finally add Khoya solid milk to cooking pan and mixed it well. When Khoya is dissolved I cook it 10 minutes more.

When it cooked properly I add some cooking oil For brightness and glowing look that made it more attractive and tasty.

In the endy gajar Ka halwa is ready and I write my username and date for authentication.
