"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 79: (Simple Delight: Potato and Spinach Curry)"

💕Alhamdulillah, I am very well and I hope that all my friends are also completely fine and from the bottom of my ❤️ I pray for all of you that you all are always happy, prosperous and living a very enjoyable life with your family members. We should always pray for each other. I am participating in this contest once again today with a very delicious and very simple recipe. I suddenly felt very hungry today and there was no one to bring food at home. So I had some things lying around with which I made a simple curry today. I hope people like my recipe today. So let me tell you guys how I made such a delicious curry with just a few ingredients today💕.

- I cook spinach a little differently. Most people chop the spinach and boil it first, then blend it well and then cook it. But I have always made it by finely chopping the spinach and roasting it in spices. I chopped the spinach. Sliced the potatoes into small pieces. Then cut I the onions into small pieces. I washed all the vegetables thoroughly. Because washing everything thoroughly before using it kills germs. And makes everything healthier.
- I put the karahi on the stove. Turned on the flame. And poured ghee into it. When the ghee started to heat up I added the onions to it. After mixing the onions well in the ghee. I started frying them thoroughly. I fried the onions well for about three to four minutes.
- When the onions were well fried. I added two to three drops of water.
I didn't have tomatoes today, so I added spices directly to it from my sample, which includes salt, red chili, red chilli Flakes and turmeric. These are all the same spices that we use in our daily routine in every curry and we can easily prepare them fresh at home. I added some water to it guys and let all these spices cook well.
- When the spices were well fried. I started adding the chopped spinach to it. I added the spinach to the spices mixed it well and cooked it for three to four minutes. When the spinach started to cook. After that I put the potatoes to it.
- I mixed the spinach and potatoes well and added about a cup of water. When spinach cooks its own water is enough. But today's potatoes are very soft and don't cook quickly. So I added a cup of water to it so that both of these things cook well and become one. Then I put the lid on it and put it on a low heat to cook.
- After about five to seven or eight minutes. When I saw that the potatoes were well cooked. I turned up the flame and roasted them well. And my delicious and simple curry was ready.
Today I made this curry with very simple ingredients. But this curry turned out to be very yummy 😋 delicious. They say that sometimes even a few things combined cannot make something very good. So the same thing will happen to me today. The curry was so delicious that it was finished immediately. Everyone ate it with great pleasure.

I served my curry with hot baked roti. Which I made myself at home. If I ever get a chance. I will definitely share with you how I make this oven roti. This bread is not made in an electronic machine. But rather it is made at home by lighting a fire of wood and heating the tandoori with it. I hope my friends will like my simple recipe today.
