"My Own Recipe of Delicious Egg Sauce "

Greetings everyone!

Welcome to my blog, come spend a little time in my kitchen with me as I share a delicious egg sauce recipe with you all.

Egg is a source of protein most people love to consume, it has numerous ways one could prepared and enjoy so today I share my own recipes of how I love to consume eggs most of the time and believe me it is so delicious.

Ingredients

• Egg 3

• A sachets of pepper mix tomatoes

• 3 balls of medium size onion

• fresh pepper

• seasoning cubes

• fresh curry leaves

• olive oil

• salt

Preparation process

I started by preparing my vegetables so I started with the tomatoes after washing I dice them into smaller size and set that aside.

I peeled washed and sliced the onions set it aside then break and whisk the egg.
I prepared all my ingredients before frying and kept it aside for a smooth cooking experience.

He started by heating up the pot then I poured in some olive oil allow it to heat up as well, a proceed to pouring in onions Fried the onions till golden brown then I poured in the fresh diced tomatoes and fried on low heat for 5 minutes.

I added my roughly blended pepper and the tomato and pepper mixed stirred properly added seasoning cubes and salt and allow it cook for about three minutes then I adjusted with a very little amount of water allow it cook for two minutes.

Now I poured in the egg I mixed and set aside earlier covers the pot lid immediately to trap in the hot steam I allowed it simmer for some second then I uncover the pot to avoid burning.

After 5 minutes I carefully stirred the egg to mix with the sauce then poured in the curry leaves and my egg sauce was ready.

Many people love egg either toasted, fried, boiled or scrambled I myself love them either ways because it is a very good source of protein with numerous health benefits which also supports weight management promoting brain health with nutrients called choline, egg is also a good source of vitamin and mineral such as vitamin A, D and B12.

This delicious sauce needs to be paid with solid to enjoy it better can be paired with rice, yam. Plantain, potato, or any solid carbohydrates of one choice.
