Recipe of the Day, Week No: 68: Prawns Stew-Recipe

INGREDIENTS
💚 Prawns 💚 Oil 💚 Salt 💚 Garlic 💚 Ginger 💚 Onion 💚 Tomato 💚 Garam Masala Powder 💚 Mustard seeds 💚 Pepper 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Red Chilli Powder
Step1 :
Take 500 grams of prawns, clean them, remove any unwanted things, and rinse them three or four times with water, and keep them aside.
Step 2 :
Take three large onions, clean them, and chop them into small pieces.
Step 3 :
Place a pan on the flame, add 3 spoons of oil, cook mustard seeds, curry leaves, and the chopped onions sauté them well.
Step 4 :
Add the required amoint of salt, take ginger and garlic in a mixer jar, and grind them to make a paste. Add a spoon of paset in to the pan and mix them well to sauté.
Step 5 :
Add a spoon of red powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and garam masala, and mix them well
Step 6 :
Take 4 tomatoes in a mixer jar and grind them to make paste , add the paste in to the pan and mix them well.
Step 7 :
Add two chopped green chilies and turmeric powder, add a spoon of garam masala powder, mix them well, and clos the lid and let it cook for few minuted with low flame.
Step 8 :
Open the lid add the cleaned prawns and mix slowlt and let them cook for 8 to 10 minutes
Step 9 :
When the aroma comes out, open the top, add some chopped coriander leaves, and stir once.
Now the Delicious and healthy Prawns Stew is ready this is sutable to eat with paratha, chapati, bread or plain rice.
