INGREDIENTS

💚 Paneer 💚 Cauliflower 💚 Oil 💚 Salt 💚 Garlic 💚 Ginger 💚 Sweetcorn 💚 Onion 💚 Tomato 💚 Mustard seeds 💚 Soy sauce 💚 Tomato sauce 💚 Capsicum

Step1 :

First, take the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces, wash it well in salt and hot water, then boil it well in water.

Step 2 :

Take 200 grams of paneer and cut it into small pieces and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Take a whole capsicum, wash it well, cut it into small pieces, put it in a pan on the stove, add oil to it and fry the cut capsicum and paneer cubes well in the oil.

Step 4 :

Take four onions and four tomatoes, peel them, clean them, wash them and cut them into small pieces.

Step 5 :

Place a pan on the stove and add a little oil and fry the chopped onion and tomato well. Add salt as required while frying. Then put them in a mixer jar, grind them well, make a paste and keep it aside.

Step 6 :

Peel and clean the garlic and ginger, put them in a mixer jar, grind them well, grind them to a paste and keep them aside.

Step 7 :

In the same pan, add two or three tablespoons of oil and heat it well. Once it is hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry it. Then, cut an onion lengthwise and fry it. Then, add the grated ginger and garlic paste and mix it. Add salt as required.

Step 8 :

Then add one tablespoon of chai sauce, one tablespoon of tomato sauce, chai guruma masala, garam masala and mix well.

Step 9 :

Now add the boiled cauliflower and sweet corn and mix well. Then add the grated onion and tomato paste and mix well.

Step 10 :

Now add the sautéed capsicum and pieces of dal, add the required amount of water, and cover to cook.

A few minutes late,r when the aroma came out put off the flame and mix it slowely

Now the healthy and tasty Sahi Paneer Khurma is ready to serve. Serve hot with chapti or dosa or any meals.
