Breakfast-Dosa with Veg sambar

Yesterday, for breakfast, I took the idli dough that I had already ground and seasoned and kept in the refrigerator, made dosa with it, and then added beans and potatoes to it, and made sambar with it, making a very healthy and delicious breakfast.

At around 11 o'clock, I picked a papaya from the garden, cut it into small pieces, and ate it with my son. The papaya was not very ripe, but it was still sweet and delicious.

Lunch-Rice-Spinach-Veg curry

I had cooked rice in the cooker for lunch. I washed the spinach well and cut it into small pieces to eat with it. I sautéed them with onions and chilies, added grated coconut to it, and made a vegetable stew with lentils, potatoes, and vegetables.

Now that it is the Jamun fruit season, there are many Jamun fruits in the market, but the prices are a bit high. That evening, we washed and ate these fruits. They were very delicious.

Dinner-Chapati with Potato Mash Masala

For dinner, I made chapatis by kneading wheat flour and rolling them out. To eat with it, I boiled potatoes, made potato masala, and added onion, tomato, green chili pepper, etc. to it. It was very tasty when eaten together.

After dinner, some time later, we took out the Alphonsa mangoes we had at home, cut them into small pieces, and shared them with everyone.
