Breakfast-Lemon rice |

Yesterday I cooked rice in a pressure cooker for breakfast. Once the rice was cooked, I chopped onions and green chillies, sautéed them in oil, added lemon extract, and boiled them. I added the cooked rice and fried it to make lemon rice. The breakfast was very tasty and healthy.
At around 11:30 am, we boil the lamb legs, drain the water from it, sauteed with oil and cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and pepper, and prepare mutton soup. We all drink it. Mutton soup is very healthy and nutritious. It is very suitable for giving to children.

Lunch-Chicken Biryani |

I had made chicken biryani for lunch. I had cut the chicken meat into big pieces from the shop to make chicken biryani. I had cleaned them and soaked them with turmeric powder and salt. Then I poured oil in a vessel and fried the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies etc., added its bark, cloves, cardamom etc., then added the washed chicken pieces and sauteed them.
After sauteing them well until the water comes out, I added water to it, added biryani masala powder and chilli powder, added tamarind and turmeric powder, added biryani leaves, added mint and coriander leaves, then left the rice in it and cooked it, after it was cooked, I added ghee to it and served it to everyone. We had curd raita and cucumber salad with the biryani
At about three o'clock, to quench my thirst and the heat, I took the watermelon I had already bought, cut it into pieces, gave it to everyone, and ate it too. Luckily, the fruit I had bought this time was red and very sweet, so we all happily ate the fruit. We finished eating the entire fruit in one go.

Dinner- Idli and Drumstick curry |

For dinner, I took the idli batter that I had stored in the fridge and cooked idlis with it. I picked drumsticks from the garden to eat with them, made curry with them, added potatoes, and ate them with idlis. It was very tasty and light, so suitable for a night meal.
Yesterday's meal was very tasty and healthy because I prepared and served dishes like lemon rice, biryani and idli that I had cooked yesterday. Apart from that, everyone liked it. I was satisfied and happy.
