Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 66 Date (16-04-2025)

Breakfast-Dal Rice and Egg Bhurji |

Yesterday for breakfast I cooked rice in the pressure cooker for breakfast and to accompany it, I boiled dal and made gravy with it by adding onions and tomatoes. I also made egg bhurji by breaking eggs and adding chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and spices. The breakfast was very healthy and tasty. I packed the same food in my son's lunchic box as a lunch food.
At around 11 o'clock, I was thirsty and at the same time it was hot, so I thought I could have some cold drinks. So I took the oranges I had at home, squeezed them, made juice from them, added ice cubes to it, and made cold drinks and drank them. This orange juice was very tasty and healthy. Cool drinks like this were very suitable for the sun.

My husband had said that he was going to buy fish from the market when he arrived in the afternoon, so I had prepared the spices accordingly. When my husband arrived, I thought that all I had to do was make fish curry. He had bought two types of fish. I made fish curry with the seer fish pieces. I had made fish friesy with the sardines fishes. I kneaded wheat flour to make chapatis. We had everything together for lunch.
I bought Butterscotch Family Pack ice cream the night before yesterday and kept it in the freezer. My daughter, husband, and I ate it at 11 o'clock yesterday. It was delicious after having for lunch.

Dinner- Vegetable Pasta |

Dinner should be light. I made pasta thinking that my children would like the same recipe, but I realized that just pasta is not good for the health, so I cooked vegetables like peas, carrots, beans and made a vegetable pasteur for them. I also had it as a delicious dinner. The dinner was very tasty and light.
Yesterday's three work meals, ice cream and cold drinks, were all very tasty and healthy. I thank God for providing these three meals.
