Kachu is a vegetable that we can eat in many ways.Kachu is rich in iron, especially for those suffering from Anemia, Kachu is a very beneficial food.Moreover, many people do not like to eat this kachu because while cutting kachu, the hands itch and the hands turn black. Besides, children would never want to eat. So today I will share with you a recipe of this kachur which children will not understand while eating. This dish contains such an ingredient, kachu.
Here are the ingredients I needed to make this recipe-
Khesari dal | 1 cup |

Giant Taro root/Kachu | 1 cup |
Red Chili powder | 1 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
Cumin powder | 1 tsp |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Green Chile | 4-5 |
Onion | 3 big |
Oil | 250 gm |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Recipe cooking method First I need khesari dal to cook it. I'll soak it for three to four hours with enough khesari.On the other hand I'll cut thin with the hard root part that's too hard. Then I wash it with clean water and boil it in boiling hot water for two to three minutes and I'll give a little pinch of turmeric powder while boiling.

Now in this step I will blend khesari dal, onion and green chillies into a blender and
On the other hand, in a bowl, I will take the spices one by one with turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, whole cumin, coriander powder and salt.

Once the dal is well blended I will pour the blended dal with this masala and take the boiled kachus and mix it well in the dal masala mixture.

Turn on the gas stove and put a lot of oil in a pan. When the oil gets mildly hot, I will deep fry the dal bara kachu and and fry it.
Made with kachu, a combination of kachu and dal, full of nutrients and a very tasty dish, kachu dal bara.
