No matter how good the food is cooked, if you do not add salt, the food will be tasteless. Salt enhances the taste of food.

Cooking is not done without salt. White salt is usually used in cooking. Again, pink or black salt is used in salads or snacks or to reduce acidity. The type of salt we use often depends on taste preferences, cooking habits, dietary needs, and sometimes perceived health benefits.
I usually use iodized table salt because it is cheap, widely available, and enriched with iodine to prevent iodine deficiency. Not only in food, but also in relieving toothache, sores under the lips, and solving various problems in the mouth, salt water has many benefits. If your hands get sore while cooking, using salt provides some relief.
Salt enhances the flavor of food.It sharpens and harmonizes the salty and sweet tastes.
Food preservation relies heavily on salt. Salt prevents the growth of bacteria, which is why it is used in curing meat and making pickles.

Yes, it is very easy to get salt in our country's supermarkets. One essential element for everyday cooking is salt. Cooking without salt is unimaginable. The market price of salt in Bangladesh is 20-30 bdt in steem price 1-2 steem for 500 grams of salt and 40-50 bdt in steem price 2-3 steem for 1 kg of salt. Yes, there is a special way to store salt to preserve its properties.
Salt should always be stored in a closed container made of glass, wood, or ceramic. Salt cannot be stored in plastic or metal containers.
Keep the salt container right next to the stove, or do not open it for a long time.
Sprinkle a few cloves in the salt container. This will keep the salt fresh for a long time.
Iodized salt should be stored away from sunlight and air because iodine can be destroyed with exposure over time.
An opaque or dark container is helpful for long-term storage.

But there are various ways to get rid of it. I don't know what trick I will use to correct excess salt in food.
If suddenly there is too much salt in cooking, I will immediately wash and peel a potato and add it to the cooking. This excess potato will absorb the excess salt. You just need to keep this potato for about twenty minutes. The curry's excess salt will be eliminated by using this potato.
If the curry has an excessive amount of salt, form little balls of flour and add them to the cooking. These balls will absorb the salt. However, these balls should be removed before cooking.
