Muchos saludos amigos mios, tiempo sin postear por acá. Me decidi luego que la semana pasada nuestro pasante "Alvaro" dicto 3 clases de panadería a igual grupos de estudiantes de un liceo cercano.
Many greetings my friends, time without posting here. I decided then that last week our intern "Alvaro" taught 3 bakery classes to similar groups of students from a nearby high school.
Trabajaron una receta sencilla Pan Pita, los chicos estuvieron muy interesados y atentos. Al final hubo una degustación del pan producido.
They worked on a simple Pita Bread recipe, the boys were very interested and attentive. At the end there was a tasting of the bread produced.
