Let's make veggies pulao
Let's cook something very tasty filled with appetiting aroma!!
• Other spices will definitely be used including red chilli flakes or powder,salt and mixed spices in a quantity of 1 table spoon,1 tablespoon and 1 tea spoon respectively.
You can follow this procedure to prepare this recipe!
I take sliced onion in a pot and on flame and then add some cooking oil according to requirement so that I may start frying onion.
I add chopped ginger garlic paste in onion which were already frying at medium flame 🔥.Garlic ginger paste gives great aroma to this recipe.
Now after frying ginger garlic paste and onion partially add cumin seeds powder or cumin seeds in it.It also gives a good flavour to pulao.
This is a time to add slices of tomato in fried onions.Tomatoes are also enriched with sour and yummiest flavour and this is my most favourite ingredient in salted recipes.We will let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
This is a time to add potato slices in fried onions and tomato.We will let them cook but before this it is important to add some spices in it.
Let's add red chilli flakes or powder,salt,mixed spices in it.Adding two pinch tumeric is optional but if you add it then your veggies colour with look good so I am adding it with some chopped green chillies too.
Let all things cook together for 10 minutes at least at medium flame and we will cover it with a lid at this stage so that potatoes may cook properly.If I say that Mango pickle is secret ingredient of this pulao then it wouldn't be wrong to say because without this you can't enjoy great or desired flavour.
This is you can see the look when potatoes has been cooked properly with spices.Now it's a time to add water in it so that we may cook rice.
Add water in it according to type of rice that you are using for making this recipe so according to my type of rice which was super rice I added water in it.Then I added chicken stock or chicken cube which adds more richness and flavour in pulao.
Let it cook at high flame until it starts boiling.When water starts to boil then add rice in it.I added rice and let it cook for 5 minutes at high flame.When water was in minimal quantity then I cook rice by covering it with lid.
