My relationship with food

Greetings everyone in this community, this should be my first special post in this community. I am so glad to share with you all my content tagged "my relationship with food". I have this special connection with food that makes me feel happy and excited, I feel my kind of body system doesn't really crave for heavy food but just something light to chew every 3 hours.

Food can be defined as any substance that's taken into the body to keep one fit, supply the body with essential nutrients and also to keep one alive. There are different types and classes of food which include beans, egg and fish which supplies the body with protein, watermelon, avocado and oranges which supplies nutrients to the body and many more.
Here in my country most people don't really care about the type of food they take in as far as it quench hunger, we are all okay.

Are you someone who eat or do you eat out of necessity?
Personally, I don't really crave for food that much maybe due to my kind of work. Before then, my crave for food differs from others. I enjoy taking light and spoon delicacies more often than swallow (soup). African homes can't stay 3 days or more without cooking green leaves. I eat of necessity, I will say because eating 2 a day or less is preferable to me. I enjoy eating once and getting enough snacks and candies for myself.
Mom tries all her possible best to see me eat 3 times daily but I find it hard enjoying 3 square meal especially when there's swallow as part of the meals for the day.

Do you care about the quality and flavour of the food you eat?

Medicinally, bitter substances help the body alot boosting the immune system but I prefer taking sweet flavor meal. I need to enjoy my meal after being served. I really do enjoy quality food and sweet flavor food because even when you're not hungry you will still want to have a taste of it. Everyone here in my family enjoy fried food more because of the flavor that shows that sweet flavor food attracts alot.

Food with good quality does great job by aiding growth and building up immune system. Most times even after eating at home, I find myself a nice cafe' with sweet flavour meals to download the first one in. The meals you take aids the growth you see so it's important to consume good quality meals.

Do you tend to eat whatever you crave for or do you follow some kind of diet?

Anyday, anytime I will always eat what I crave for because it's satisfies my crave that very moment. There are some cases doctors do make prescriptions to patients including don't eat plantain and all that maybe due to their health conditions. I'm not suffering from any illness that alone gives me freedom to eat what I crave for.
In a day, I can spend alot making myself feel happy eating good meals. I can remember last week Wednesday, I just wanted to be happy so I got myself large chicken laps, boiled plantain, fried potatoes with pineapple juice. I felt so complete after taking such combo.
Most food doctors forbid are very medicinal to the health so to me I try all possible best to swap meals daily to have positive effects in my body.

When do you eat more, when you're happy or sad?
I can't even think of food when I'm sad because I won't enjoy it so I eat mainly when the mood is special. I don't think sad people enjoy their meal because you need craves before taking it, craves can't easily come when you're sad.

Most importantly I enjoy eating meals that helps my life alot eventhough it's just twice a day, I can't stay away from eggs though 😁. African spoon delicacy too like ekpankukwo supplies the body with so much nutrients, you need to taste it trust me you will need another. Food is essential and important for human survival and growth so I will urge everyone to eat properly.
