It feels good to be here, I will be sharing with you my meal and snack for today.

I begin my day with a hibiscus drink to get hydrated after a long night's rest and to boost my mood as I begin my daily activity. It was refreshing and a good start for the day.

When I was done with my morning routine, I had my breakfast of milk and beverage tea with boiled egg and bread with whippy cream. This meal gave me the energy fill I needed to focus better on my duty for the day. I also enjoyed the meal.

For lunch, I had fried rice, chicken and a drink. I needed to refill my energy level because I had been so busy, which had exhausted me and made me hungry. The lunch was worth it for a good refill as my body needed it at that moment.

Also some hours after lunch, I snack on an orange and a pea to curb hunger before dinner. Which was also a good way to incorporate fruits into my day's meals for a balanced diet and hold on for dinner.

My meal for the day ended with a dinner, which I took quite early for better digestion before bedtime. I took my native soup called "okazi soup" I took it warm, which was suiting to the body and helped in relaxing the body. The soup was a better option for dinner So the body can rest well after a long day.
I enjoyed every meal and snack I took today. They were all appetizing, nutritious and healthy.
