Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.70 . date (00-00-2025) // Chocolate Cake With Mascarpone
I started by layering the layers. The cream is mascarpone, whipped with a little powdered sugar and heavy cream until fluffy. I was careful not to overdo it with the sugar, so that the chocolate flavor would stand out. I alternated layers and cream, and finally I generously grated chocolate on top, not only for taste, but also for a good look.
I left the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours to set well. And when I cut it... the aroma of chocolate and mascarpone spread throughout the kitchen.
When my family got home, they were amazed by my surprise. We all immediately sat down at the table and I served a piece for each of us. With this sweet moment, our day ended :)
