I hope you are all well and I am also, thank God, completely well and today I am going to make a very delicious post with you guys. I have participated in the challenge and I hope you will like this recipe. Custard is my favorite dish and I have always liked it very much. When a guest comes, we are very important. If it is not made, the work will seem incomplete.

Yes, I like them a lot more than desserts made with milk and they make me like sweets anyway, so I definitely try something and always appreciate those who like deserts and almost everyone in our house likes it and we definitely like sweets apart from functions. When we all get together as a family, we make something or the other and we make different kinds of things like custard pudding and besides that, swaiyaan which are very much liked and we have many occasions where such things are given a lot of importance.

So let's go. I will share this recipe of custard with you today and I hope that you will definitely like it. So first of all, I will share the ingredients with you guys and along with that, I will tell you its quantity. First of all, it is important to know which things we need for it and which we do not have.

So let me tell you first that I have taken a new empty vessel and I have taken milk in it. I have started boiling the milk and when it gets hot inside it, I will put my sugar in it so that it gets hot quickly and I want to make it fluffy and as soon as I feel that it has got hot, now I put sugar in it and as soon as the sugar is mixed, I had put some milk in a vessel. We have to take that milk in it.

We have to take it cold and if we do not take cold milk, if we add custard powder in the hot milk, it will form lumps and when lumps form in it, it will not be right. So we have to put it in normal milk so that it mixes well. We will add two spoons of custard powder in all the milk and mix it well and make a paste of it.

As soon as the milk gets hot, we will add this mixed custard powder to it, but you must remember that we have to keep stirring the spoon continuously, otherwise lumps will form inside it and then the custard will not taste good at all, so we have to take special care of this thing and we have to test it, otherwise it will happen

And in the same way I have been stirring it and for some time it will start thickening, which will give us an idea that our custard is about to be ready. When you guys check it with a spoon, if it is thin at first, then it will fall in drops, which as it thickens, it will form a long line and you have to check the sugar in it in the meantime to see if it is not too sweet. If you find it too sweet, you can add a little more sugar according to your test. How much sugar should you put in it.
Now our custard is ready and now we have to decorate it a little. Let me show you how to decorate it. We have cut the almonds into small pieces and I have taken a glass jar. It is very beautiful. Now I have made my small cakes inside it and on top of it we have also put a little custard. And now I have put the cake batter that I had made a little bit on top of it. I will give a layer of custard. After giving a layer of custard, we have started putting almonds on top of it again.

We have added chopped almonds and inside it, the cake batter that I had made is also put on top of it. Now I will give another layer of frosting. It looks very beautiful now. I will give another layer of cake batter on top of it and then I have made a little more than the proven almonds and also chopped almonds on top.
Apart from that, I have put small pieces of dates on top of it. I have cut them into small pieces and placed them on top in a very beautiful way. Now when we eat it, it will look very delicious.
