The benefits of salt

The most important thing is when cooking salt. I believe that food without salt seems completely faded. At home we mostly use table salt because it is easily found and is also cheaper. Sometimes I also bring sea salt (sea salt) from the market, but it is a little expensive so not much.
Salt is not just to enhance the taste of food, but it is also very important for our body. Without salt, the body does not run properly. Nerves and muscles require salt to work properly. The balance of water in the body also runs with salt. But I always take care that the salt does not become too much, because if you eat too much salt, then diseases like blood pressure can occur.
Here, salt is easily found at every supermarket and grocery store in India. Its price is also in the reach of the common man, around 20-30 rupees a kg. The price of salt on the stem is not known much because it has not found a special place for trading there.

I always keep salt in an airtight container so that it does not get wet. If salt goes into moisture, its taste gets spoiled and food does not become right. Many times you have seen that if the salt becomes wet, it becomes slippery and hard. Therefore, it is very important to keep the salt in the closed box.
Sometimes salt becomes high while cooking, which is a matter of trouble. In such a situation, I put raw potato pieces in the food and let it cook a little. Potatoes absorb salt and then the food becomes fine. Many times I also add lemon, which reduces the excess of salt. These methods are a lot of my work and I have also told them to my family and friends.

I think it is very important to add the right amount of salt to cook. If less, the food will look tasteless, and if it is more then you will not feel like eating. So I always try to measure the salt carefully. Even small children also pay attention to the right amount of salt in food, so this becomes even more important.

A few months ago my mother said that she too avoids eating more salt about health. They believe that excess salt stops water in the body and increases weight. Therefore, she adds less salt to salad or soup and uses more herbs. I also like this method.
Finally, I want to say that salt is very important for us, but it should be eaten in the right amount. Both more or less are wrong. Salt is easily found in our country and its price is also good for everyone, so anyone can buy it according to their need.
Therefore, there are many benefits of salt, and we should use it thoughtfully so that health also remains and the food also looks delicious.
