Ramen Noodles with Peri Peri Coconut Gravy
Who doesn't like the peri peri topping on pizza and burgers. These days peri peri is easily available and we can mix it with many other types of gravies. I wanted to experiment with the peri peri sauce and the gravy that contains the coconut powder or coconut milk.
Method for Peri Peri Coconut Gravy
Take a bowl and add the 200ml coconut milk or simple take 1 bowl of water and add 3 tbsp of coconut powder. Put the mixture into the pan. And then add the peri peri masala into the pan. Keep the mixture heated and keep stirring it so that you can make a thick gravy. Take out after 5 minutes of thick gravy. You can also add the white pasta sauce powder if you want it more thicker just use it a bit less than 1 tbsp to avoid taste overlap.
You can take any noodles. Not necessarily the one in the image. You can use Maggi Noodles or even use any other local noodles that you have.
To keep the taste of the gravy avoid the taste maker that is added in the sachet.
Any type of noodles would do
Now to make the noodles. I don't have any personal preference for this. You should think of which noodles suit your case. You can make use of the hakka noodles too. You can either cook them without adding the taste maker that is found in the sachet of the noodles. So that you can have your own gravy taste later. So just boil the noodles with a bit of salt. Make sure to add half lemon juice into the noodles so that when you add the peri peri sauce and the coconut gravy mixes up with that and adds up better taste into the noodles.
