Dear friends, I am Jyoti writing this diary from India. Onam was celebrated here yesterday so my best wishes to all, and I hope you will like the diary very much.
Morning.
Yesterday for breakfast I took the idli batter I kept in the refrigerator and baked dosas and then made masala gravy to go with it. Also, I made paneer tikka masala with paneer, onion, chilies, garam masala, curd, oil, salt, turmeric powder, and Kashmiri Mirchi masala.
Afternoon.
I had planned to make something special for lunch on the occasion of Onam. So I cooked the rice in a pressure cooker and then I made buttermilk gravy. The buttermilk gravy was made with drumsticks and carrot, curd, and other spices, and I made a curry with cabbage and also made a sambar with lentil gram, brinjal, drumstick, pumpkin, and masalas, and made a masala vada with chickpeas gram.
Some of our relatives visited our house and I served the food they enjoyed them well, I was happy with the delicious food.
Evening.
In the evening we had to go out to go to the temple, then we bought a Bonda at a FOOD CART near the temple due to everyone was hungry, and after that had dinner as we could not go home for dinner, so we had food in a restaurant, there we ordered biriyani, chicken 65, khurma, curd salad, halwa and shared them on banana leaves.
All the above are the contents of my phone diary from yesterday, I hope you like it too, please feel free to leave your comments in my comment section.
