Hello, my name is Jyoti, and today I'm going to share with you my yesterdays food diary.
Morning.
Yesterday for breakfast I made dosas with idli batter and made Sundal Kuruma to eat with them, Its ingredients are chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, coconut, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and coconut oil, and the breakfast was very delicious. later I sliced some apples at 11 am and also made lemon juice to drink at the same time.
Afternoon.
For lunch, I bought chicken and made chicken masala gravy with it also added sauteed coconut, online, tomatoes, chicken masala powder, salt, turmeric, pepper, and curd. I also had pressure-cooked rice to go with the meal.
Meanwhile we had tender coconut from a street vendor who visited to sell his tender coconuts, so we bout and drank to reduce the heat afternoons hot weather
Evening.
In the evening, I took a papaya fruit and cliced it into small pieces and gave it to everyone and I also ate it. Then we made Sizwan noodles for whom we added some vegetables and Hakka noodles. Later I prepared hot milk to drink before going to bed and so shared them with my kids added with energy ingredients.

I can notice that they use a lot of coconut in food, it is an ingredient that without a doubt gives a special touch to most foods, even meats, it makes them special.
It is good to be able to see the variety of foods that we can find in different parts of the world.
Yes we add more coconut in our dishes because they add flavor to the food and are easily available in our town
