How I prepared my pounded yam by @henryug
Good day everyone one on this platform I'm really glad to be here once again.
Ingredients I used to make my pourage yam.
PROCEDURES
Cut your tube of yam to a small size and add it water for washing
Add it into your pot and add enough water.
Slice your onion to any share you want.
Pound some yam to make the source enough.
Add the yam you pounded and mix it very well with the other yam.
Add your onion when you have mixed the pounded yam.
Add your crayfish, pepper, and salt
Mix everything together and allow it to stay for 2mins.
