Hi ᴀʀᴛ & ᴀʀᴛɪꜱᴛꜱ

Hello friends!
Today I learned about a new community for me ᴀʀᴛ & ᴀʀᴛɪꜱᴛꜱ.
Thank you @joslud for the invitation.

If I understand correctly, there is a place here for those who practice photography.
Fortunately, I'm doing it :)
Besides, there was a time when I carved something out of wood.
I think it might come in handy too.
That's my explanation for why I'm here.

Since I don't earn money from photography, I'm not a professional.
But the fact is that I don't work anywhere at all, and if I earn at least something from photography, it will be 100% earnings.
So... in this case, I will become a professional.

I don't have my own studio and I don't rent other people's studios for filming.
It can be confidently stated that I am absolutely not engaged in staged photography in any form.
On the other hand, this is not the case.
If I put flowers in a vase on the windowsill and take a photo... It's going to be staged.
In general, I'm completely confused :)

I do not know what to call myself, I do not know my level of professionalism, I do not have a studio (hello Google Maps coordinates).
All I have is a camera and several lenses.
Lenses are a different story.
I like to collect them, break some and create others, that's such an oddball.
I've been addicted to monocles lately.
And these are the works of the penultimate of them.

What to do, I like unusual photos.
Fans of the ringing sharpness of the pictures can pelt me with tomatoes.
It's better to put them in one basket, I'll be happy to accept them as a gift :)

If I may, I will post unusual photos here.
How real is the reality that we take to be reality?
There are farsighted and nearsighted people among us, there are colorblind people, and animals see the world in a completely different way than we do.
But at the same time, the reality is the same (and diverse) for everyone.
Each lens produces different images of the same thing.
Just because we don't see familiar images in an image doesn't mean that the image doesn't reflect the real world.
Maybe it 's just the opposite ... :)

This will be my working concept.
If anyone is interested, welcome.

I translate from Russian into English. Please excuse me if some thoughts are not very clear.

Welcome to the community. Your concepts are fine. Each person is a universe and that is the idea of creation. If everyone thought alike, it would be a very boring world. Outside maybe something generic.
You write well.
I liked the photos and it's great that you post unusual things. That's one of the edges of art. To create, to be your own judge. Does the professional level matter? Art is, you create it and then the experts criticize it?

Yes, our world is diverse. Even more diversity is created by the subjectivity of its perception. Everyone sees and perceives the same world in different ways. We agree with each other in some ways, but still, everyone has a lot of peculiarities :)

Thanks)

Of course, everyone is their own judge and at the same time the strictest. Because he knows things that others don't know about him. But any viewer acts a little bit as a judge or an expert. One is delighted with the photo, the other sees the hard trash. As we've already said, everyone is different, and that's fine. Moreover, everyone sees themselves and their qualities in the reflection of the world. That's how we're built. We live in projections.
I mentioned the professional level in connection with reading different comments in different pinned posts. Apparently, professionalism is important for many people, especially when it comes to the titles and coordinates of the workshop. In society, this matters and you have to take it into account :)
It's hard for me to say what art is. But it's definitely not possible without creativity. And creativity is the creation of something new or a new look at the old. And all this has some kind of carrier. Paper, canvas, memory card finally :)

Thanks for your comment.

=============================

I appreciate the whole range of art manifestations. And whenever we are creating, no matter how much time we spend, no matter how many paintings, books, photos, whatever. We will always be dissatisfied with our own work. From the level of your writing, I consider that you have a very rich cultural background. I have reviewed your photographs and I think they are great. So those who so much highlight the professional level, I don't think it matters in the art world. And while yes, there are professionals, surely the good ones don't say they are professionals. They are driven by true art. Since knowledge is not exclusive to universities, all knowledge is available on the net. Everywhere are the walls busy with empty titles, with mediocre people behind them. And although we are not asocial. But creating is in the end a solitary process. Just feel the pleasure that floods you behind the camera after any photograph and that will tell you everything.
Let's keep creating and sharing. Art is our flag.

But creating is in the end a solitary process.

You're right. The creator is an individual. Sometimes, of course, there is also collective creativity, but this is a different format. We are all speaking on our own behalf here.

I appreciate the whole range of art manifestations.

And again, you're right. Art can be anything, even cooking :)
Creative approach, creative design and presentation.
And now it's not just food.

Let's keep creating and sharing. Art is our flag.

This can be made the community's motto :)

We can talk about many subjects. We learn from everyone (without exception), we share affinities for art, that's great. It's not every day we meet people who are interested in art, I always like to comment. I always like to comment, otherwise how can we create friendships? Criticism has always been good. It gives us ideas of how and in what direction we are going. So let's fill the community with photographs and paintings.

I'm interested in reading your comments. Unfortunately, there is a lot of empty talk on our platform for the sake of talking))
There are just phrases on duty or someone starts specifically mentioning something from the post, but I feel that this is done only for the sake of a comment. I respond to such comments with excuses))
There are only a few interlocutors with whom there is something to talk about.
And yes, criticism is always very useful if it is specific and constructive. This is welcome. It helps you see mistakes and grow.

So let's fall the community with photographs and paintings.

🖐 😊 👍

Yes, it happens very often, people are in their parallel worlds. Writing or using AI, wanting to post nonsense. Let them vote for what they post. The question: if no one comments, no one reads each other's texts, why are others going to vote for your art? You have to break the ice. Many different cultures, but art is universal, it is understandable. It crosses borders, it endures. We have all this terminology, why not use it, connect with our art affinities? A large community, but they are still nomadic. In caves, in the mountains, afraid to show their art. We forget to be children, we have buried almost everything important under mountains of junk. To have a better vision we must be like children, who investigate everything, without background, just for the desire to learn.

Thanks for stopping by and support :-)

Friend, of course you're welcome.
I'm hooked on the topic of "how real is reality." A crucial question, not only in photography and other arts. In psychology and therapy, answering it is a step toward becoming more aware of ourselves and how we interpret the world.

Don't worry about the addresses and coordinates, just let me know if you're interested in being included in our Artist Directory, a project that's been on the back burner for a while.

As for photography, feel free to participate with your project and create others.

Welcome again, @bambuka

Who's who in ᴀʀᴛ & ᴀʀᴛɪꜱᴛꜱ Community?

Greetings to you @joslud
About reality ... From the photographer's point of view, everything that is imprinted on the matrix is a reflection of reality. Even if we usually see another world with our own eyes.
One of my hobbies is creating "paintings" on the matrix right during shooting (by pressing the camera shutter). Later, I can do post-processing, image correction, but it will still be a fixed reality :) This is not something that I "made up".
From the point of view of psychology... the psychologist has one reality, his client has another. The psychologist who imposes his reality on the client is bad. :) Not the fact that his own reality... adequate. I'm not even talking about professional deformation. Many people go into the profession of a psychologist to solve their own psychological problems :-))

About the catalog of artists ... I'm afraid I'm not ready for this title yet. But at some point, probably... :) Then I'll timidly report it.

I like the idea of your project, and of course, I will participate as much as I can. Thank you for the warm welcome and have a nice day :)

Welcome. You don't need a studio to join or to be mentioned on the Google Map section @joslud started for the community. You can see a few creations, give it the name you like and the (about) location. If it's outside, that's fine.

All art and (talks/reviews about) artists are welcome.

Glad to see you and thank you for your kind words.
I'll try to be as active as I can)

You're welcome to the Art and Artist community. I bet you'll love it around here as it's all about the Art and not just, but the Artists also.

By the way, you've got beautiful shots as usual like I've always seen in WOX those days. Once again, welcome to our community. 🤗

Thank you so much for the warm welcome 🖐 😊

You're very much welcome.
