STEEM ATLAS [30 Sep '25] : New Version, New Developments & 1.96 Million SP
Steem Atlas continues on its upward path.
Users and posts are growing every day, and the @steem-atlas account has now reached over 1.96 M SP.
Development work continues with new features scheduled for regular release over the coming weeks.
Today we are happy to announce the release of v1.12.
New Version v1.12
Since Steem Atlas was launched last November, there have been a dozen updates released.
We have now released v1.12.
This new version includes...
Sharing individual pins (or a user's pin list) now shows the correct title and description
There are still some further refinements to be made but this is the first step in improving the search engine visibility of Steem Atlas posts.Comments and Rewards are now visible on posts
These are 'read only' at the moment. This development area is ongoing and the ability to add and edit comments will be added shortly.Post display greatly optimised
The post display system has been greatly improved for better readability.Modern Theme is now the default
After much positive feedback on the new 'modern' theme, that has now been set as the default for the Steem Atlas site.
Anyone who prefers the original 'illuminated' style can switch back with the cogwheel settings on the left.
Our main area of development work at the moment is the addition of KeyChain.
That should be ready for release in the next week or so.
Then we will be moving on to adding voting and commenting on the site.
You can preview these new features as they are being developed on our staging server.
Heading for 2 Million SP - Delegators Welcome
A key part of the Steem Atlas strategy is to build up our @steem-atlas curation account to allow us to vote for as many posts as possible.
With the help of almost 150 delegators the account has now passed through 1 Million SP and currently stands at 1,956,609 SP with a full vote value of $13.00.
This rapid growth is due primarily to the competitive Delegator Reward Rates available for investors in the Steem Atlas project.
The basic reward rate for delegators to @steem-atlas is currently 0.35 STEEM / 1000 SP / day.
For anyone who proxies their witness votes to @steem-atlas we offer the higher rate of 0.45 STEEM / 1000 SP / day.
This represents an APR of 16.43%.
The minimum delegation amount is now only 100 SP to allow smaller investors to take part.
We are rapidly closing in on our target of 2 Million SP.
We invite everyone who would like to support Steem's fastest growing application, and earn a very attractive return, to delegate to @steem-atlas.
Due to new EU regulations the SUNTR project run by @visionaer3003 has sadly had to close down.
It was this project that inspired the Atlas Delegator Reward scheme and @visionaer3003 kindly helped us with the scripting for our system.
Anyone who was previously delegating to SUNTR is welcome to delegate to @steem-atlas to get similar returns.
Steem Atlas on Social Media
Once the current phase of development work is completed Steem Atlas will then be ready to take to the outside world.
We will then be looking to promote the project across a range of social media outlets.
As the starting point for that we have now registered accounts on Instagram, Reddit and X...
These accounts still need some further configuration and are not being actively used yet, but if any Steem Atlas users are active on any of these platforms, and are already promoting their Atlas posts, please let us now and we will follow.
We are excited by the continued progress on Steem Atlas.
Everyone is welcome to support the Steem Atlas project through posting on the site, voting for Atlas posts, or by delegating to @steem-atlas.
It is our firm belief that Steem Atlas can become a flagship project for the Steem blockchain.
