I introduce to you the delicious pork that I enjoyed in Pyeongchang, "Baejjang-i Galbi." :)

I left Seoul on thursday afternoon and went on a golf trip to Pyeongchang of Gangwon Province, and came back yesterday.
Pyeongchang has my friend's villa, so we often go there to play and take a rest with. I heard there was a delicious meat restaurant near my friend's villa, so I went there. The name of the restaurant was "Baejjang-i Galbi".

We ordered Korean pork belly, and the basic side dishes came out first. The various side dishes were all delicious, especially the onion salad, which is used for eating with meat, was really delicious.

Fresh Korean pork belly is here. It was full of meat juice because of its good color and thick thickness. My friend who went with me is really good at grilling meat, and with his help, we were able to eat very well-cooked pork belly. Every pieces of chewy meat was really delicious. :)

In Korea, most people enjoy soju together when they eat pork belly. We drank a lot of soju, too.^^

We also ordered seasoned pork ribs and cheonggukjang. Galbi evenly seasoned with soy sauce is salty and sweet, so we kept eating it. Also, we mixed rice with cheonggukjang and ate it evenly. We really ate it right until before our stomach exploded!^^

If you go to Pyeongchang ofGangwon-do, I recommend you to go to 'Baejjang-i Galbi'. You can enjoy a delicious meal without any regrets. I hope you all have a happy and comfortable day today. Thank you for reading. :D
