It is a mountain on the border between Seocho-gu, Seoul, and Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and is called Umyeonsan Mountain because it looks like a cow sleeping.
The height is 293m, which is a long lying shape from the east to the west, and the northern slope is gentle, but the southern slope has a large slope and forms a valley.
It is a mountain that can be easily climbed from downtown areas such as Umyeon-dong, Seocho-dong, and Yangjae-dong in Seocho-gu. The hiking trail is short and flat, so it is a good mountain to climb on weekends or at dawn.

At the top of Umyeonsan Mountain, there is a stone tower called 'Somangtap', and hikers wish for it. I also make a small wish every time I go.

From the top of Umyeonsan Mountain, you can see the Gangnam side of Seoul well. Especially, the night view when I go up in the evening is wonderful.

Unlike Gwanaksan Mountain, Umyeonsan Mountain is not high and not rough, so it is easy to climb. You should take some time to go up, and enjoy the wonderful scenery of Gangnam.
