Hello Ladies & Gentlemen. Welcome to steem-atlas. SP Park, located in the heart of Tangail city, is like a piece of greenery where the beauty of nature and the mindfulness of people have combined to create a wonderful atmosphere. When someone enters this park after going through the hustle and bustle of the city, it is as if he steps into a new world where peace, serenity and beauty come together.

This park was founded keeping in mind the rest and entertainment of the public. The name SP Park comes from the abbreviation of "Superintendent of Police" (SP). Because under his supervision, a lot of development has been achieved in this park. Although it was small in the beginning, it has gradually taken shape into a planned and beautiful park.

Inside view

There are swings, sleepers and a beautiful playground for children. People visiting with their families can spend hours here without getting tired. Lovers also spend time here in the soft light of the evening in a peaceful environment.

Many people come in the morning for exercise or walking because the fresh air and green environment of the park refreshes the body and mind. There is a paved walkway throughout the park which is clean and flat. People of all ages can easily walk there. Many people regularly come for a morning walk, some alone, some in groups.

There are also shaded benches to sit on the walking path so that if you get tired, you can take a rest. Moreover, the environment surrounded by trees, fresh air and the calls of birds make it even more attractive. While walking, it feels as if both the body and mind are gradually getting refreshed.

The flower gardens on both sides of the walkway in SP Park are like a charming painting that brings a touch of peace not only to the eyes but also to the mind and soul. The colorful flowers arranged on the carpet of dark green grass become even more fresh and bright when they are wet with dew in the morning.

Seeing the colorful flowers, it seems like a living picture painted with paint. Marigolds, roses, dahlias, chrysanthemums or lilies, all the flowers bloom in their own form as if welcoming the pedestrians. Birds come and sit on those flowers, and sometimes butterflies start dancing on each petal. These flower gardens not only enhance the beauty of the park but also give a kind of peace and love to the people walking along.

Now let's see what are the means to spend special moments or pleasant moments inside this park. There are different categories of pleasant means for which separate tickets have to be purchased because these are kept only for special attractions.

On one side, there is a floating boat on which there are separate business arrangements for the public. It is an electric automatic boat that automatically swings every now and then. Sitting on a huge floating boat on the ground, when the sun sets in the western sky, the soft light and the swing of the wind around it seem to float you into a dream world.

The reflection of the trees on both sides is an unimaginable tranquility. During the boat trip, couples or groups of friends enjoy the moments with laughter and chatter as if the fatigue of life is erased.

SOME RESTING PLACE

You will notice that there are many children in most of the places there. Because they come here to spend very happy moments with their families. However, children can often run and jump there and have a happy and fun time. But their relatives or guardians cannot stand there for training, so there is a good seating arrangement there. There is a sunshade above and a nice seating arrangement below.

Little Colorful Train

The little train at SP Park is like a moving fairy tale vehicle for children. Each carriage of this brightly colored train is like a part of a cartoon world. When the train whistles and starts moving, a joyful vibration spreads around. Children look out the window, some wave and greet visitors, some laugh and enjoy the thrill of sitting on a train seat for the first time from their mother's lap.

The train slowly travels through the entire park, passing flower gardens, fountains and colorful lighting. This journey is like a real journey into the world of children's imagination where they themselves are kings and queens. The carriages of the small train are colored in many colors so that children like it very much. Each carriage of the train can seat two children. There is a handle in front to prevent children from falling.

Nagardola

The Nagardola standing tall at one end of the park seems to make children's dreams of touching the sky come true. When the Nagardola starts spinning while sitting on colorful chairs, an indescribable smile appears on the children's faces. As they go up, their excitement reaches its peak. Looking down, the small trees and people look like dolls. It's like a new world.

Every time they go around a circle and come down, they scream with joy. While it was going, I heard someone say, I'll go again and someone shout, Mom, look how high I am. These few minutes spent on Nagardola are forever etched in their minds, becoming a happy memory. From a distance, it looks like the Nagardola in Paris.

Food Section

SP Park in Tangail has a well-planned food section for visitors, which makes the park experience more enjoyable. The food section of the park has local and popular food stalls where snacks, fast food, cold drinks and light snacks are available.

There is a shaded seating area next to the food section, where families and friends can sit and eat together. The food section is clean and safe where visitors can spend time in peace. Although the food stalls were closed when I visited, I could not take pictures. The food section of SP Park, like other attractions in the park, provides a pleasant experience for visitors.
