Although there are many places to visit in Coimbatore city, the one that is a real excitement for us is the "KOVAI KONDATTAM" Amusement Park, located on Siruvani Road near Perur in Coimbatore. It is a great place to spend a vacation with the family because it has a great entertainment area that includes water games, dry games, adventure games, a children's park, and a canteen.

This amusement park charges an entry ticket of Rs. 800 for adults and Rs. 750 for children, while discounts are given to schoolchildren and group tours. When we went, there were four of us, so three of them were considered adults and my son was considered a small child, so we bought tickets for three adults and one ticket for a child.

After purchasing the ticket, the security guards present there will check the ticket and allow us to enter the campus to mark the vehicle. We will enter while sitting in the vehicle.

Wave Pool

There is a space reserved for parking cars in a dense area of ​​trees. Since it is shaded there, it is possible to park cars there. We parked the car, took our clothes, and went inside. There is a changing room and locker facility there. There are separate changing rooms for women and men. CCTV cameras have also been installed outside to prevent any untoward incident.

Once inside, there are a lot of game equipment and adventure game playgrounds for playing drive games, and then there are features for playing water games. This theme park is completely set up in the Disney Storybook style, so you can see Disney cartoons and statues here and there.

Water Slides

There are many water theme parks here and there, while there are also many slides. The slides mainly included the Onion Slide, Returns Slide, Wave Slide, Slide with Balloon, Slide for Rafting, Children's Slide, etc. There were also swimming pools like the Wave Pool, Six Feet Swimming Pool, and children's water theme park , rain dance park, and waterfalls.

Pregnant ladies on high slides are not allowed. People over 60 years of age and people with heart and blood pressure problems are not allowed. Generally, many people are afraid of such slides. I was also afraid to go at first, but my daughter rode with me, and I bravely did a high slide ride that helped with a balloon.

Similarly, there were small slides that were not very high to scare people. Children and women enjoyed them the most. My son and I enjoyed them too.

There is a children's water theme there, where you can see artificial spring water , and the water pumped through many pipes and flowing is to make fun, and it is arranged like fountains and waterfalls. There are also small slides here and there. It is suitable for children to play. Many children were playing there. We also went there and played for about an hour.

Apart from this, there was another family water park, which was under maintenance, so we were not allowed in. It was set up in a "Sea Pirates theme" and had pirate-related statues and paintings installed in it, and there were many slides and waterfall springs installed. They said that it would be ready next week.

Similarly, there were some slides that were a little lower but very adventurous. There were security guards stationed near them to prevent any untoward incident. Because those who were sliding from above were advising those below to stay on their feet so that they would not fall and hit anyone.

Similarly, a system was created to allow visitors to sit on animals and experience their adventure. In particular, motors were attached to figures such as bulls, cows, horses, and buffaloes, making them appear to be jumping.

Apart from these, there were many other games, one of which was a role-playing game for children under 15 years of age. Many children were playing it, which was fun and gave them a different experience.

Similarly, there were many places equipped with amusement equipment, especially giant wheels, tilting giant wheels, Mary Go Rides, Caterpillar Pillar Rides, Panda Rides, etc. There were many games on them, and children were playing on them. I was dizzy, so I tried some games, but I did one ride on the giant wheel.

Similarly, in the adventure game category, a 30-foot high rope grid was set up, designed to climb up and reach the limit. It was difficult because the rope swayed when climbing the rope, which was scary at that time.

There was also an electric dashing car play area, which had many electric cars. While sitting there and playing, the cars crashed into each other, giving you an adventurous feeling. Since it runs on electricity, people who come in the water are not allowed. Since they come with wet clothes, they are not allowed because they will get wet. So we went in the water once and then changed our clothes and rode it once. There is no separate fee for this; the entry ticket is enough.

Canteen

Also, since you are allowed to play there all day, there are three types of canteens for eating in between. Food brought from outside is not allowed here. The canteen only serves snacks, while a cafeteria serves meals and snacks. There is also a shop for selling ice cream and other items. The food available is of high quality and delicious. Since it is made on the same day and emptied on the same day, the food is fresh and delicious.

There are several routes to reach this Coimbatore Celebration Amusement Park by road. The nearest railway station is Coimbatore Railway Station, and the nearest airport is Coimbatore Airport. For those coming from outside, the best way to get there is to get off at Coimbatore Station and take a town bus or taxi auto exam from there. From here, town buses are connected to the main bus stops in Coimbatore, and the airport bus stand is also connected to important areas like the railway station.

Some games require additional payment to play. For example, games like cricket and bull riding require an extra payment. Similarly, we have to pay separately for the food available at the cafe.
