Programming for Steemit API - Part 3

Well, I got the php phiston on github....according to them, some tools to access the steemit api in PHP.
I am not very familiar with github, so I uploaded to my webhosting service....but I had problems with it.
I found out I needed to install the composer, I have been talking with the webhosting service, needed to activate ssh, pay 9 USD for it, etc....did it.....Needed to download putty to access the webhosting through my windows computer and it was done.....now i am learning the commands in putty and I am talking to my webhosting tech support to see if i can install the composer properly.
A friend from Portugal, videogeek ( www.steemit.com/@videogeek ) told me about a tool to test apps offline....let's see how it goes.
