Discussion of Agriculture Diary and Dairy Farming
Agriculture is the backbone of rural life and plays an important role in food security. In the context of modern agriculture, many farmers have begun to implement the habit of recording their daily activities through a "farm diary". This diary functions as a routine record that includes activities such as planting, fertilizing, harvesting, feeding, animal health, to daily weather conditions. With this record, farmers find it easier to evaluate, manage risks, and increase production efficiency.

One important aspect of integrated farming is dairy farming. This farm aims to produce milk sustainably and of high quality. Based on the scale and management system, there are several types of dairy farms. First, people's farms which are generally managed by families with a limited number of cows (2-5). Second, medium-sized farms, which usually have dozens of cows and rely on a combination of traditional and modern technology. Third, commercial or industrial farms, which use modern management systems with hundreds to thousands of cows, and implement high technology such as automatic milking and digital recording systems.

However, dairy farms also face various challenges. One of them is the availability of quality feed which is greatly influenced by the season and climate conditions. In addition, market access and milk prices are also serious problems. Many small farmers have difficulty distributing their milk directly to consumers or the processing industry. They are often forced to sell at low prices to middlemen. Therefore, government support, training, and a strong cooperative system are needed to empower farmers.

Through good farm logbook keeping and management, dairy farming can develop into a profitable and sustainable business.
