Agricultural Story #15
Hi everyone, it's my pleasure to participate in this contest hosted by @ruthjoe in the steem-agro community. This contest is an interesting one enabling us to share different ideas about the agricultural stories we know.
Mango is an edible fruit that few people know as a stone fruit. It is usually grown in tropical areas. The seeds inside the mango are replanted by the farmers to produce another one, particularly in an abundant way. Some venture into this farming business to make a living, while others plant them beside their houses to feed their families only. I love mangoes due to their sweetness as well as the health benefits that are very useful to our bodies. In Nigeria, we have different sizes, colors, and tastes of mangoes, which are also used to distinguish one mango from another.
The nutrients contained in mango, especially potassium and vitamin, are used to lower the risk of heart diseases. Eating mango allows our hair to grow as well as making our skin shine. That's why I often see some women liking to eat mango because of the health benefits they derive from them. Their skin glows and looks fresh all day long.
Eating different kinds of fruit, such as mango, helps boost our immune system by protecting us against harmful infections. Rarely will you see them fall sick because they don't joke with the different types of fruit we have. They make sure to eat at least two servings in a week.
I would like to invite @rossnenye, @solaymann and @wuddi to participate in this contest.

MODs Comment/Recommendation:
Who would say they don't like mangoes? Obviously, some would say they don't but I know they are missing a lot. Mango is just one amazing fruit packed with lots of vitamins.
