Working Hard vs. Working Smart, and Views on Money
Hard working is still very much important in this world but smart working is the need of hawk. Basically hard work refers to putting in full effort, discipline and determination. Hard work however, without proper strategy is an exercise in futility. Working smart: Knowing how to make the most of time, resources and effort. Both hard and rock solid: Work as the foundation, work smart as that direction. Without direction, energy dissipates; without energy, direction never happens.

I feel that, about money, a little although money is not the solution for every problem in life however, it does affect many aspects of everyday existence. Have the money to access comfort, medicine and health, even better that your heart skips a beat to read on attaining education. However, money does not buy honesty nor peace of mind; time with family lost doesn't add up.

Money is just a means — not an end. If that is the only aim, then life becomes meaningless.

There are people who dream of becoming rich without a clear plan. In my opinion, such hopes tend to be illusory if not accompanied by real effort and a measurable strategy. Luck may come, but relying on it alone will only delay progress. Dreams must be followed by concrete actions, careful planning, and the ability to adapt. True wealth does not only come from luck, but also from mental readiness and wisdom in managing it.

Regarding the option of “dying chasing money,” I personally do not choose it. Life is not just about chasing material things. I want to live chasing value, meaning, and contribution. Money can come as a byproduct of meaningful work. If I have to die, I want to die in an effort to create a useful life—for my family, society, and myself—not to die as a slave to money. Life is an opportunity to balance between earning a living and enjoying existence, not just to accumulate endless wealth.

Money is important, but it is not everything. We work not just to survive, but also to live meaningfully. Therefore, let's work smart, not just hard, and pursue our dreams with planned steps.
