The Diary Game [25/06/25] : My younger sister's birthday

On the 25th day of June 2025, my sister had a great day because it was her birthday and though there wasn't a party but she was contented with what she experienced that day as long as she was fine. I took alot of pictures with her that day and I was so happy that day ended very well. Walk with me as I tell you the complete activities of that day.

Morning Period

I nearly forgot it was my sister's birthday when I woke up in the morning because a lot of things were running on my mind. It was just like a normal morning though my mum sang a happy birthday song for her and ofcourse we will sing another happy birthday song in the night. I had something important to do that morning. I left the house before 9am and made some conclusion with one of my friend near my church. When I was about to leave I came across my barber.

I have been wanting to barb my hair since June 22nd because that was the day that made my hair three months old as I barb my hair once in three months reducing the number of times I will spend money in barbing my hair because the price for a haircut has increased in my area. I had so many things to do so I told my barber that I will see him next week. I got back to the house and started preparing what I will post in steemit.

Afternoon Period

I was very busy with my phone when my younger sister walked up to me in the sitting room and said she will like to take some pictures on her birthday before 3pm and I will be the cameraman. I agreed and started doing whatever I was doing, fast so that I can finish up before 2:30pm and when it was time I concluded whatever I was doing, wore my t-shirt again and went to the verandah to snap my younger sister.

She has already took some selfies before I came and I took pictures of her then we left the verandah and stood near the gate. I took more pictures of her. The sun was very hot and it was overheating her phone so we decided to go back to the verandah and take the remaining pictures.

This was when I told her to snap me as well and I made more than 4 different pose while facing the camera. I wore her cap and it was great on me. After that she took another set of selfies and with me this time around. It was a fun moment for us. I went back to the sitting room and started doing something different that can bring profit to me.

Evening Period

In the evening my younger brother and I added money to the little money the birthday girl had and we bought shawarma and ate it together with our last born and mum. My dad doesn't like shawarma but he takes a bit of it from us each time we are eating it together. We haven't eaten it for a long time as the last time we ate it was my birthday which was March 25th.

After finishing it, I washed my hands and started editing a basketball video in capcut. It took me almost one hour to edit the video as a result of some mistakes I was making and correcting. After editing i watched/reviewed it again before I concluded it was ok and I bounce back to steemit platform to check for some notifications and also vote some posts. We sang a birthday song for my younger sister and she was happy.
