Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 91: My Worst Travel Experience.
Hello friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be taking part in the steem4nigeria accelerator contest which is titled "My Worst Travel Experience"
Do you also love traveling and what kind of traveling do you do? (Business, vacation, visit etc) |
---|
Who no like better thing? So yes I love traveling beciit helps me to discover new places and also get to meet with a whole lot of new and interesting people and overall traveling helps expose you to new cultures and things you had no idea about.
The type of traveling that I love the most is vacation traveling, and the reason why I love this type of traveling is because there are no specific reasons other than experiencing the good and beautiful side of life, discovering both yourself and new things around the world, meeting up with new people and relaxing away from our troubles.
What is your worst traveling experience, share with us. |
---|
My worst traveling experience is dated back 2 years ago when I was traveling to meet up with my uncle at abak, at first I thought 💭 that it was going to be a visit travel because it has been a long time since I saw my uncle but actually when I got there it was more like a labour travel than a visit travel.
You know the kind of travel where you travel expecting that you are just visiting a person then it turns out that you will be put into serious work on a daily basis until the day you decide to leave.
Was the cause of the experience something you could have avoided or it's something you didn't see coming at all? |
---|
Nope it wasn't something that could be avoided as long as you are still staying under their roof, you will be needed to join him in his daily work and trust me it was a construction work, though I really got to learn a lot from the work but that wasn't really my thing because it was too hard of a job and it was really stressful.
And at first I planned on staying for a longer period of time but because of how things were and sometimes even on Sundays we were still going out to work so I cut the visit shot and went back to etinan.
I guess it didn't go the way I planned it to go so I took a break and went back home, this will be where I will be calling it a day and I will like to invite @woka-happiness, @chiagoziee & @afrinn
