No matter how we try not to lie there are situations that can warrant and bring out lies in our mouth maybe when we realize later that we lied our conscience will start blaming us, I don't like lying by I found myself in a situation that it can only be lie that will save me.

Have you ever been caught telling a lie? If yes, can you recall some of those lies and how it affected you positively or negatively?

I remembered vividly when I was caught telling a lie, it was one day that I had misunderstanding with my husband, he left to work while I was home with my children after awhile my phone rang and it was my friend Amara , she said she was close to my place that I should come out and pick her when I met her she drove me out to an eatery where we sat to talk about things , I didn't know that my husband has seen me when we were entering the eatery he called me to know where I was I angrily told him that I was home where he left me. He asked again where are you I replied I'm home where else do want me to be.

He hanged the call and I continued my chat with my friendAmara when we were done eating on my way home I saw my husband waiting by the road he called me and said he saw my friend and I when we entered the eatery but I lied that I was at home.

I felt bad that I lied, but on the other hand I felt relieved that he has received his own part of my anger.

It affected me negatively throughout that week because when I now tell him where I was he will ask for something to be sure I was where I said I am.

Does it pay to lie? Are deceitful jokes considered as lies?

Hmmm, I don't see any good thing in lying, for people that lie a lot I detest them. The fact remains that no matter how someone lies the truth must come . Deceitful jokes can be considered lies if the joker didn't tell the truth on time to avoid hurting someone emotions.

*Boom Boom Boom where is the sound coming from ? My husband quickly off the generator so that we can hear something, behold armed robbery was going on in our street in fact they are robbing my neighbor we can hear noise and sounds of breaking of doors. Fear gripped us I told my husband to go hiding because he will be the target when they eventually entered our house, immediately my husband took cover I was left with my mother-in-law and my children, I wanted to shout but my mother- in-law told me never to try it, I kept quiet and was praying and calling on God for help. Finally they came to my house through fence from there they were able to gain entrance into our rooms. They started shouting Madam where is the money, where's the laptop and where is your husband? Of course you don't expect me to tell them the truth. I told them my husband didn't come back , the robbers didn't agree they insisted I showed them where my husband is I lied again. That was how they collected few things and disappeared, yes the lies saved me here.

A woman told a customer that the price of a product is worth 100 steems whereas the price of that product is 80 steems, is she lying or doing business?

I'm a business-woman I can attest to this, there are some customers that can price without considering the cost price of your goods, so this strategy of taking the price of goods up is not called lies rather it's tips that sellers uses to arrive at a favorable price without hurting the buyers.

It's business and cannot be classified as lies to me because these markets women tell the price jokingly, sometimes they the buyer the opportunity to also negotiate and at the end they arrive at the main price.
