My Neighborhood Watch # 64- Reporting Events Around us// Beautification of Environment
I'm excited to participate in another edition of my neighborhood watch season 64, I'm reporting today the ongoing painting and drawing of sculpture in environment which is community rehabilitation.

INTRODUCTION
Community Rehabilitation; eye witness of painting and drawing of sculpture in Uyo Local government the capital of Akwa ibom state by Atiku flyover. Atiku flyover can be assessed in three axises through ekid itam by NNPC filling station or by idoro Road by VVF hospital and by state secretariat round about.
According to the finding I made as my curiosity to know what is happening,it was realized that the painting is empowered by local government through the taxes generated in the local market.

Traders has been consistently paying taxes in the means of tickets on regular basis as they sale daily in the market. These tickets generate a lot of revenue for the local government and they decided to carryout a project for the community. This is a welcoming development as these lead to center attraction,as many people might like to visit and take pictures while others will display products.
In the cause of these paintings many youth in the community are employed as labourer and some are hired as painter, this create short term earnings for a good numbers of people.
Apart from drawing and painting, other works are being carried out like draining of cutters and construction of potholes in the main road
