My Diary Game For Friday

Warm greetings to my fellow countrymen and women, and to my Steemian friends around the world. It's always a pleasure to share my daily experiences with you, and I appreciate your continued support. Thank you for allowing me to share my daily routine with you.

I woke up at 7am with my girlfriend by my side. She had come over the night before for a sleepover at my place, and it was truly amazing. We had a great time catching up, sharing laughs, and enjoying each other's company.

We lounged in bed, scrolling through our phones until 9 am. Suddenly, my girlfriend mentioned she was hungry, which prompted me to get out of bed and head straight to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for us.

After preparing breakfast, we took a moment to freshen up by brushing our teeth before sitting down to enjoy our meal together.

No sooner had we finished eating than my girlfriend received a call from a client requesting her to make a dress. She had to leave immediately, without even taking a moment to let her food digest. After she departed, I took the opportunity to tidy up my room and tackle some laundry, starting with the dirty clothes that had accumulated in the basket.

It took me approximately 45 minutes to complete the laundry, thanks to the relatively small number of dirty clothes. Afterwards, I moved on to ironing, taking advantage of the available electricity to press my church attire and make the most of my free time at home.

The ironing didn't take long, as I only had two outfits to press. With that task complete, I took a refreshing shower and dressed up nicely before heading out to visit my girlfriend. She had mentioned that they were working on renovations in her room, so I thought I'd stop by to see how things were going.

I walked to the main road and boarded a tricycle to my girlfriend's place. When I arrived, I found her outside with the laborer busy at work, plastering the walls of her room with a cement mixture. The walls had been damaged by rainwater that had been seeping into the house through the backyard, causing the paint to peel and, worse still, damaging some of her clothes and household items. After she had complained to her landlord, he had sent someone to fix the issue, which was why the laborer was there that day.

As soon as she saw me, her face lit up with a smile. She then enlisted my help with a few errands. First, I assisted her in carrying her sewing machine outside, so she could start working on her client's dress. The client was scheduled to pick up the dress later that day, and my girlfriend wanted to make sure it was ready on time.

Fortunately, the dress design wasn't overly complex, and it didn't require any additional embellishments or purchases. My girlfriend was able to sit down and complete the dress within an hour or so. I ended up dozing off while she worked, and by the time I woke up, the client had already arrived, tried on the dress, and taken it with her. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to take a photo of the finished product.

After that, we stayed and watched the laborer as he continued working on the house and the door. When he finished for the day, he instructed my girlfriend to keep the door locked and not to open it until the next day. This meant that she wouldn't be able to sleep in her own house again that night. So, she packed a few things and followed me back to my place to spend the night.

Upon arriving at my house, I quickly prepared noodles for us to eat. After our meal, I took a shower. Then, I picked up my phone, logged into my Steemit account, and began updating my daily routine for the day. Once I'm done, I'll call it a night and head straight to bed.
