The Diary Game// My busy day// [25-05-2025]
Sunday, May 25th, 2025 was a day filled with purpose and routine. I woke up before dawn, as I always do, and began my morning devotion. The quiet moments of prayer and reflection helped center me for the day ahead.
Afterward, I tackled my morning chores, cleaning up the house, brushing my teeth, and getting ready for the day. A trip to the barber shop was next, where I got a fresh cut.

Upon returning home, I took a refreshing bath before heading out to church. It was Children's Day celebration, and I felt grateful to be a part of it. However, since I was fasting, I skipped breakfast and focused on the spiritual nourishment instead.
The church service was uplifting, and I felt rejuvenated afterward. On my way back home, I stopped by the nearby market to pick up some ingredients for lunch. I settled on making vegetable and okro soup, accompanied by fish, kanda, and meat. The aroma of palm oil, onions, and periwinkle filled my senses as I shopped.

When I got home, I was eager to start cooking, but I soon realized that my cooking gas had run out. I had to make a quick trip to refill it before I could begin preparing my meal. The delay was frustrating, but I was determined to enjoy my homemade lunch.

In the evening, I headed out to St. Philip's Primary School in Use Offot to watch a football training session. The energy of the players was infectious, and I found myself cheering them on.

After the training, I returned home, took a bath, and savoured my garri and soup for dinner. As I lay in bed, reflecting on the day's events, I felt grateful for the simple joys and routines that bring me comfort and peace. It was a day well-lived, and I drifted off to sleep with a contented heart.
